This video and and song speak so deepyly to me. Becoming a mom has given me such a deeper sense of love and anguish for these poor children. When I look at my healthy baby complete with new wrinkles and rolls on her legs, relaxing in her new swing, covered with her plush pink blanket, all the while Ben and I are just cooing over her, I can't help but realize how absolutely blessed she is. I pray that she always know this and never take it for granted.
Reagan, I pray that you always hold a heart of compassion. That you love those less fortunate than you and always hold to the fact that it could have easily been you in their place but by the grace of God He chose to put you in our family. I hope you remember that we could all easily be in their situations. I pray that you never forget that they are God's children just as much as you are and He loves them every bit as much.
Father I pray for these poor children in Haiti who lost their families, their homes and perhaps their faith. I pray that you restore them oh God. I pray that you use such a mind-numbing disaster to in turn show your love, your mercy and your grace. Reveal yourself to these hurting people. To the hurting nation. Father I also ask that you open people's hearts to in turn open their homes and their families to welcome these orphaned children. I pray that through all of these difficult times, that these children never stop feeling your loving arms wrapped around them. You are a good God and we know that you use all things for the good of your people. May your goodness shine in Haiti. Jesus, we thank you for all you are and all you do.

Sunday Fun-Day!
We made it through our first church service without having to go to the "Mommy Room!" I think it's because she knew how adorable she looked and loved all the ladies stopping by to love on her. :) In celebration of my sweet little baby girl, here's a picture of Miss Reagan Abby with her handsome daddy.
